Fidelity is a Yusur Technology product, operated from Jordan.

The support address is [email protected]. Incoming messages are forwarded to our support inbox. Replies may come from our Gmail address during launch.

Before contacting us

Include your Fidelity version, Windows version, order number if relevant, and a brief description of the problem. A redacted PDF and a screenshot of the difference can help when you choose to share them. Do not send your licence key publicly.

Moving a licence

Use Manage licence → Deactivate this PC before activating another installation. If your old device is unavailable or an activation response was lost, contact support to recover the device slot.

Before buying

Check that your PDFs have selectable upright text and that you have Microsoft Word. Scanned-page OCR is not included. Full-page fidelity is not guaranteed, and substantial edits may need layout adjustment.
